Jasmine Place has an exciting front porch vista combined with a peaceful back patio/pool experience. Management was very responsive with great communication.

The house was great for our vacation to celebrate a 50th birthday. The house is clean and everything worked great. We spend a lot of time outside in the back yard by the pool and both front porches (upstairs and downstairs). Great location. Able to walk to all of Duval's attractions or take affordable Ubers.

We were very happy with our stay at Jasmine Place. Very happy with the off street parking which made things so much easier not having to find parking. The location was great, the pool was great and overall it was very quiet at night. Your just a block in walking distance to Duval Street. We ate breakfast every morning at Moondog Cafe.. It was Excellent.. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, it was beautifully decorated and maintained, very on brand for Key West. The location is spectacular, extremely convenient to everything. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place with charm, class, and convenience.

We had a wonderful stay! Great communication and location. The home was spotless and the perfect place to recharge and relax by the pool. We also loved that it's pet friendly!

This home was amazing. Private, relaxing and tastefully decorated. Sitting right next to the Hemingway House and direcrtly across from the Lighthouse (our night light for the evenings). The home is older and gives you a feel of being in a different Era in the Keys. Very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to walk to Duval Street and enjoy the night life. The driveway is very Slim but fits a golf care perfectly. If you stay on the weekend you may hear the music from Hemingway House , we enjoyed all the music. Pool was relaxing and had lots of floats to float your cares away. We would definatley stay with this property on future visits

Perfect walking distance to majority of shops and restaurants. Too bad our weather wasn’t better, we picked a weekend with mostly rain. House was clean and there were no issues. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool due to the weather.

My family stayed at the Jasmine Place when we visited Key West. The home was clean and the location was ideal. We walked all over the island. The management company was professional and helped us when we had trouble with the key code. No other problems!!!

The house is gorgeous and everything was clean when we arrived. The pool is in good shape and large for a pool in this area. The outdoor furniture on the upper deck was in need of replacement and the kitchen needs some additional utensils and cookware, bowls, baking dishes, etc. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner but had to bring most of our kitchen items over from our local home. Other than that, the place was wonderful.

Wow! Love this charming old home in the middle of everything downtown! We toured the Hemingway House next door, climbed to the top of the lighthouse across the street, and walked the town each day for coffee, food, and treats! My 11 & 12 year olds had fun being in the middle of all the action. Pool was great, and we walked to the marina for a day trip full of parasailing, snorkeling, kayaking, jet skiing, and a huge inflatable water park with slides and trampolines. Wonderful family Trip @ The Jasmine Place!

Second year renting this property. We absolutely love it. Location, property, pool, front decks are perfect. Communication with the management team was fast and super helpful. We feel at home and relaxed once we walk through the door. Already looking forward to next year. ❤️

We had a wonderful long weekend at Jasmine Place. Communication with Preferred Properties was excellent. They were very helpful and so friendly. The house was perfectly clean inside and out. We loved the driveway and even squeezed our Nissan Titan in with just enough room to open one door. The a/c was cold in every room. The upstairs bathroom is large. The shutters give a good amount of privacy without blocking the light coming in. The music from the weddings at the Hemingway House was fun and we even got a glimpse of the bride and groom. The house reminds us of the Hemingway House so much. It really felt like our home. We would stay there again for sure.

Hard to beat this location. Right in the middle of everything and easy walking, with private parking.

The house is much older, but everything was very clean and in working condition.

We loved the great location upon arrival but when we opened the door we were greeted with a very stale smell that with even opening both doors could not get rid of during our stay. Due to the cold wet weather we couldn’t enjoy the pool and luckily found space heaters as the home has no heat. If the house did not smell I think we would have been fine.

Easy company to work with. They stay in constant contact prior to your arrival and follow up departing. They are very helpful and friendly. This is one of the larger properties we have stayed in just off Duval. It is next to the Hemingway house on Whitehead. Note: Whitehead can be loud in the morning if you are in the front bedroom. The whole property is very cool. It's older, but well kept. Two good restaurants within 2 blocks.

We had a great time - perfect location - walked everywhere. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was so nice to escape the hustle and bustle in the private pool.
We only slept in the split king bed, but thought it was in great need of an upgrade. A new, higher quality bed and linens would have made a BIG difference.

We were pleasantly surprised of how quaint and clean this rental was. The pool was an extra bonus and everything seem to be in working order with no disappointments. This is perfect for either two couples or a family of four. We would definitely rent this property again since it was so close to everything and right next-door to Hemingway‘s house. Once in a while we would get a guest from next-door wins so many toes ♥️

We were in KW for my daughter’s wedding. The home was clean and the a/c worked great! You can’t beat the location, next door to the Hemingway house. We even had a few visits from a few of the Hemingway cats! Very nice stay.

Governor declared state of emergency and we were unable to visit the house in Key West. Filed a travel insurance claim and waiting to hear back.

My sister and I spent the week here with our husbands, and Jasmine Place was a fantastic vacation home for us. The house was beautiful, the location was great, and the pool was so nice to come back to after a day of exploring gorgeous Key West. We could not have picked a more wonderful place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Place. The pictures provided online are exactly what the house and property look like. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Key West. The home is very close to historical sights like the Hemingway House (next door), the Lighthouse (across the street), and Truman’s Little White House. It is also within walking distance of some excellent eateries and watering holes like Blue Heaven, Rams Head, Hogs Breath Saloon, and Papa’s Pilar Rum Distillery. We really appreciated the pool after our long days of exploring and shopping. The pool was well maintained and there was plenty of lounge seating. Preferred Properties was kind, friendly, and responsive to our texts and inquiries. These accommodations were perfect for our Key West adventure and we highly recommend Jasmine Place. We plan on staying here again!

Home was clean, location is unbeatable, pool is the best thing on the planet, especially in August when it's hotter than you know what! Already looking for an excuse to get back to KW and stay at Jasmine Place.

Location perfect — saw a wedding, great Cuban coffee around the corner, fun restaurant for breakfast and lunch a block away, walkable to all the sites, rode bikes to the best beach. Prefrerred Properties was very helpful with quick responses to our needs. Some wear and tear on old wooden house but overall well maintained and well equipped. Bring your own shampoo.

The location of this house is perfect! A quick walk away from any food or entertainment, but still enough away to be quiet and relaxing by the pool. The house so in great shape and so clean. Zero complaints!

The house and pool were very clean. Overall the location cannot be beat especially if you’re having a weeding or attending a wedding at The Hemingway House directly next door.

We found a nice cat in the backyard which we named, Spooky. The cat was a black kitty with very pretty eyes.

Jasmine Place is a very nice house. Tucked away beside the famous Hemmingway House you would think it would get noisy, but that was not the case. There was one evening with a function going on, but they shut down at 9PM. Clean and well maintained - customer service responsive to our questions. Our only issue was parking - there is a driveway, but only for small cars. A mid-sized SUV will not fit. If you can catch a spot, there is parking on the street directly across from the house. Great location - you can walk to virtually anything you want to do! Pool was wonderful and private.

We stayed at Jasmine Place July 25th until July 30th, 2021. Our party was my husband, 21 year old daughter, 18 year old son, and myself. We totally enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. We spent the early part of the day lounging by the pool and the afternoons and evenings visiting historical sites, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and (of course) eating out dinner. The house was close to everything. Dinner was always withing walking distance. We will definately stay at this house again.

This house is perfectly situated for a visit to the Key West historic district. It was so nice to walk around and then come back for a dip in the pool! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We hope to come back some time.

The house was great, the location was great, and the pool was fabulous. We syed in the house with two adults, two teenagers and our dog. The house is dog friendly as the yard is completely fenced in.

Our second stay at Jasmine Place.
Older house with lots of character. Great pool area. Pretty much everything one needs was available. Had one small maintenance issue which was very promptly taken care of. Location is great. Rented bikes so that made things easy. Beds were comfortable. Linens were nice. Right next door to Hemingway so we lived through four weddings....(music speaker is literally ten feet away) but they do have a 10pm noise ordinance. Would definitely recommend and would stay again,

Great place to stay! Only complaint was it smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived but think it was due it being an older home . Went away once we opened up doors and turned the air to cooler.Also bought a candle that helped too! The gates were annoying to close but again was an older property! No complaints otherwise and there was a small leak in the ceiling of bathroom downstairs, we opted to have someone come fix it after our stay but was a little worried at first we didn’t get it taken care of! But was fine and they told us about it , so it
Wasn’t a surprise for us when we got there which we appreciated!

Jasmine Place was the idea rental for our time in Key West. It was was clean and comfortable, close to everything. And having a pool was great for some sun in the morning, or just relaxing at the end of a day. We would absolutely book Jasmine Place again when we return. Additionally the property managers were easy to get a hold of and very helpful.

What to do when you have been in lock down for months.... Go to Key West! Thank Goodness we found the Jasmine Place! What a fantastic time we had at this wonderful house next door to the Hemingway estate! The Pool was the Best part! It never closed! We even got to see the random fire works while floating with a cool beverage.
This little Gem was close to everything. We got our steps in daily as we wandered around to the shops, restaurants and museums that were surprisingly open!
Thank you so much for helping these Essential Workers have some much needed R&R!

Where to begin? A historic home in the Heart of The Island. Tastefully renovated rooms allow the classic charm of KeyWest architecture to shine. This home has been home to many for a long time. As we were hanging out on the front porch playing with our dog (Yes!!! You May even bring your well-trained FurBaby!), an older gentleman paused on his bicycle and looked longingly up at the second floor balcony. The look in his eye prompted me to ask—have you stayed here before? His response shocked me. He smiled gently and said, “Yes, 35 years ago I was a doctor here. That window? Was my room while I was here. So, that said, if you are in a position to stay in the Keys and don’t book this home your trip will not be the same. Did I mention the private pool in the backyard? Not to mention you can never get lost —no matter how many margaritas you consume— because you are Sleeping across the street from the LightHouse and NEXT DOOR to Hemingway’s!!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. The outdoor area with the pool is fantastic and we spent much time there. The house was very clean and in a good location, a quieter area but yet you could walk to everything. The house has a lot of character, and has everything you would need. The beds are very comfortable, and I haven’t slept that well on a vacation in a long time. The front gate is a little challenging to get in and out of, but not a big deal at all. We loved our experience!

Everything was perfection!

The house is one block off Duval St....on the southern quieter end. It’s a short walk to many activities, including all of Duval St. It’s literally next door to the Hemingway House, which adds interest, and directly across the street from the old Lighthouse. The house is quaint, clean and well stocked, but could use a little TLC in the way of paint touch ups, sticking doors, the fairly difficult gate in the driveway and finicky door locks. However, none of those is a reason not to stay here. In my view, the reason to stay here is it’s great location, backyard pool and deck area right off the kitchen. Even though Whitehead St is fairly busy, traffic noise was not an issue. Very satisfied.

Jasmine is in a great location. Next door to the Hemingway House, near restaurant and quite at night. Nice pool and plenty of outdoor seating for that Key West relaxation.
Comfortable beds. Kitchen is adequately stocked with pots, land and dishes. A/C was adequate at cooling the house in the July heat. New Windows and doors would improve the efficiency.
Jasmine is starting to need some general care to keep it the great place. Every room needs painting. Chipped and peeling paint on the ceiling and walls. We were unable to make use of the upstairs porch because the door was stuck.
Still would recommend staying here. Fre

The office was beyond attentive, and we stopped by unannounced a couple months ahead of time to make sure they were legit and they were! They stopped what they were doing and showed us a digital tour and let us know exactly what was included and gave us good contact info and assured us they would help if we needed anything! All at the rental was perfect and we felt good knowing we had a number we could text if anything was off though it wasn’t! We had a wonderful time staying a week at Jasmine place and it was a great stay for our “getting married” week in Key West. We cannot wait to book through Preferred Properties again!!!

Perfect in every way. We spent quality time with the best of Friends in this home in mid September. We cannot wait to go back. It's nice to have 2 private bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. Yhe location is perfect and the parking spot is much appreciated.

The driveway is tight but thankful to have a private spot to park. We had a third couple staying at another Preffered Property at the same time and it was equally as clean and perfect location. We will definitely book again when we come down to visit Key West. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Loved our visit with Bugsy, one of the Hemingway 6 toed cat. He was always up for a visit when we were sitting on the front and back decks.

Jasmine Place is a lovely historic home with improvements of a modern kitchen and inground pool. Since the house is on the busline, transportation is a breeze. Being next to the Hemingway house, we got a bird's eye view of weddings held there. The home is very comfortable....definitely will want to stay again.

We loved our stay at Jasmine Place. The home felt very authentic Old Town Key West. The window shutters were a nice touch. We loved our daily visit from Bugsy the 6 toed cat! The home was very clean, the pool was awesome, and the location was great. Our ONLY complaint during our stay was that the trash company did not come to pick up the previous renters trash until our 2nd to last day of our stay so there was a mountain of trash and recycle in front of the home for the duration of our stay. Angela at the property management company was a rockstar though getting back to us in a timely manner and trying to get the trash picked up. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to stay. Hemingway House had a function one evening while we were there but they were done and out by 10. And it was nice to sit by the pool and listen to their musical entertainment!
