From the ease of booking, to the communication from the rental company, it was all great. Once arriving at the property, everything was as nice as the pictures show.
A great location, clean and quiet, but near to everything, allowing us to walk to Duval, Mallory square etc.

Close to all the activities but in a beautiful gated community. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. The property managers were attentive to our requests and questions. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, beaches and nightlife!

The house was perfect and was fully equipped. Great location. We were able to walk to The beach and most attractions. Property Management staff was very helpful and attentive! Highly recommend.

This townhome in the Truman Annex is located in a perfect spot for access to all Key West has to offer. The AC went out on our 2nd day but Preferred Properties was excellent in getting someone there to resolve the issue. Foundry 7 could use some updates to the furniture/ carpeting etc. but this didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay.

We absolutely loved this house! The location was absolutely perfect, house layout was perfect for two couples, beds were very comfortable, house was clean. We’d definitely rent this place again in the future.

Property management was helpful! Key west is awesome we took 2 fishing trips on the salty Goat caught lots of fish was great for dinner sunset cruise on the flurry lots of fun!!’

Our stay was to occur when Hurricane Ian was to hit Florida. We decided not to risk our safety and headed home. However we did manage a day trip to Key West and took a look at the property. It was a beautiful place and centrally located to shopping and several tourist sites, all within walking distance. The management company was a pleasure to work with keeping in contact almost daily up to the start date. I look forward to staying here in the future and experiencing all that Key West has to offer.

We loved staying in Truman Annex. I've been visiting Key West for 20+ years and this is my first time in this area of town. I loved the location and the property and enjoyed having a full kitchen and beautiful patio. The property was clean and very well maintained. I will definitely return.

Foundry 7 was the perfect spot to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in Key West. We enjoyed our honeymoon there and decided to return after 40 years and we were joined by our son and his wife. The management group responded immediately to have two bicycles waiting for us and also to fix a window shade that would not open.
Everything was so very clean and bright inside. The location made it perfect for riding bikes or walking to town, to the State Park beach, to the Southernmost Point, and to all the wonderful restaurants. What an ideal location!

Thoroughly enjoyed this rental unit. Entire process was simple from arrival to leaving. Home is beautifully decorated just as it appears in the photos. Beds are very comfortable. It is easy access to Duval Street, Mallory Square and Fort Zachary State Park. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Key West.

It was the perfect getaway for our honeymoon. So close to everything and yet so peaceful at night. It had everything we needed and the neighborhood was clean, private, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. From the time I booked there was constant communication between the property manager and myself. Once we arrived the property had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The property was extremely clean and the manual answered all questions. We will definitely be back.

Very nice townhouse. Great location. Beautiful weather! Gorgeous sunsets! Friendly people! Most places (no masks) felt like “normal times”. Friendly people! Quiet place! Close to Duval St. It was wonderful. Wish we stayed longer.

Condo was as described, clean and functional; everything worked as described.

This property was fantastic!!! Definitely hope to return again soon!! So convenient, any question was answered almost instantly!!!! It was the easiest reservation, check in, stay, & check out ive ever experienced!!! Can’t say enough positive things!!!

Easter/Spring Break vacation with my family could not have gone better. Love the location of these units. Close to Duval and Mallory Square and yet peaceful and quiet at night. Should we choose to return Key West, this will be where we stay.

Terrific

The location was great. The accommodations were clean and both bedrooms had a king size bed which is great for two couples traveling together. We had a TV issues and was fixed by the next morning, very responsive. The people we dealt with for registration, etc. were very nice and accommodating.

Would stay here again solely because of quiet neighborhood but walkable to everything. Beautiful neighborhood and pool. Decor was dated and somewhat worn but everything needed was there. Would have loved a mattress pad on the third floor bed and instructions on keys needed for opening bathroom and pool and Truman gates that shut in the evening. Fortunately everyone friendly in the neighborhood and by day 3 we had figured it out.

Great rental with great service.
