Great location! Can walk to everything. Quiet but close to the hustle and bustle of Duval Street.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our group of 2 couples. The unit was very clean, very quiet and perfectly located. We also greatly appreciated the level of communication from the management company.

It was well kept , but shows it’s an older home. It could use a railing on the front steps. The management company was great and very responsive to questions or needs.

Everything about our stay was easy Breezy from booking to check out!
When we arrived our keys were in a lockbox and when we entered the property it was exactly how the pictures appeared online. The pool was lovely and the property management team were there daily to clean the pool and surrounding area.
We had an issue with an emergency light that was buzzing due to an electrical blip and an electrical came within a few hours.
Although we didnt take advantage of the service, you can have tours, golf carts, or bicycles booked through Preferred Reality which is very convenient.
When you stay you dinner at Duffy's is a must! I had the best surf and turf dinner, the price was reasonable and the service was top notch.
Thank you Preferred Reality for making our stay at the Breazy Retreat easy breezy.

The property was very well maintained, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Preferred Properties were very responsive to any questions that came up. It was a great vacation and would stay there again.

Great experience at this townhouse! It’s a beautiful property which feels nice and secluded from the energy of Duval street which is only a short walk away. When we wanted to go out and about it was only steps away and when we wanted a break we could hang out at the fantastic heated salt water pool at the property. The pool was never crowded as it is only shared by the 13 rental buildings on site. As far as the interior of the property, it is up to date with a beautiful kitchen and living space. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

It looks just like it does on the website! Inside the property was very clean and updated. Brand new kitchen. Outside was just as just as clean. Great porches for sitting. Pool area was very clean and the water temp was just right. Location was good for walking anywhere in town, but bad for noise. You'll hear every Harley, truck, and sports car zooming down Truman. Angela provided great costumer service and answered all questions. We'll probably stay again.

The unit is very good. Location is outstanding. Really enjoyed the pool. We had TV issues which took several days and multiple visits to fix. Smart thermostat kept pushing the Temps up requiring regular monitoring. Lastly, the outdoor areas need mosquito treatment. All fixable issues.

When we arrived at the home, we were pleasantly surprised because it looked even nicer than the photos. I think some of the furniture and bedding had been replaced, which was quite nice. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was lovely. I think the upstairs tv was a little slow due to Wi-Fi connection issues. The central pool was great. The grounds were well kept. This is a great location because within a 10 minute bike ride, you can pretty much get everywhere you’d want to go. They even provide pool towels.
One thing to note: it was hard to figure out how to get past the main gate. No one told us that this is unit #11. You need to know this so that you can access the correct lockbox outside the main gate. They did give me a code, but we just kept trying different lockboxes until we happened to open #11. From there, you use one of the keys on the intercom box to open the gate. The rental company should give some more specific directions. I had to call the office when we got there and they walked me through it, but it could have been outlined in a email to save time.

Location was wonderful. The house was spotless, and the courtyard with the pool was very relaxing. Incredible location near all the action yet very private in the way. It was set up.

Doesn't get any better. The location is perfect; close to everything but also quiet and private. The house is clean and well stocked. It's got front decks for morning coffee and a private pool for relaxation and cooling off. The communication with management is quick and accommodating. We've chosen this home for many years and it never disappoints!

I stayed at Jasmine Place with my wife and her young sister and we had a great time. The house is well appointed and well kept. I wasnt sure id wed use the pool but it was very nice to take a dip in as it was warm and clean. The location is perfect as the house is a block from kind of the center of Duvall st but still not too noisy. We were very happy. Also the management company was helpful and responsive without being overbearing.

Great place, great location, great vibe. Jasmine Place was well appointed, met our every need for a great week in Key West. Central location, close to everything. Had a rental car which stayed in the driveway for the most part. We would venture out by foot during the day and return to sit on either porch and just watch the world go by before the wonderful afternoon pool float sessions. Thanks for sharing this lovely home.

Jasmine Place has an exciting front porch vista combined with a peaceful back patio/pool experience. Management was very responsive with great communication.

The house was great for our vacation to celebrate a 50th birthday. The house is clean and everything worked great. We spend a lot of time outside in the back yard by the pool and both front porches (upstairs and downstairs). Great location. Able to walk to all of Duval's attractions or take affordable Ubers.

We were very happy with our stay at Jasmine Place. Very happy with the off street parking which made things so much easier not having to find parking. The location was great, the pool was great and overall it was very quiet at night. Your just a block in walking distance to Duval Street. We ate breakfast every morning at Moondog Cafe.. It was Excellent.. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, it was beautifully decorated and maintained, very on brand for Key West. The location is spectacular, extremely convenient to everything. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place with charm, class, and convenience.

We had a wonderful stay! Great communication and location. The home was spotless and the perfect place to recharge and relax by the pool. We also loved that it's pet friendly!

This home was amazing. Private, relaxing and tastefully decorated. Sitting right next to the Hemingway House and direcrtly across from the Lighthouse (our night light for the evenings). The home is older and gives you a feel of being in a different Era in the Keys. Very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to walk to Duval Street and enjoy the night life. The driveway is very Slim but fits a golf care perfectly. If you stay on the weekend you may hear the music from Hemingway House , we enjoyed all the music. Pool was relaxing and had lots of floats to float your cares away. We would definatley stay with this property on future visits

Perfect walking distance to majority of shops and restaurants. Too bad our weather wasn’t better, we picked a weekend with mostly rain. House was clean and there were no issues. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool due to the weather.

My family stayed at the Jasmine Place when we visited Key West. The home was clean and the location was ideal. We walked all over the island. The management company was professional and helped us when we had trouble with the key code. No other problems!!!

The house is gorgeous and everything was clean when we arrived. The pool is in good shape and large for a pool in this area. The outdoor furniture on the upper deck was in need of replacement and the kitchen needs some additional utensils and cookware, bowls, baking dishes, etc. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner but had to bring most of our kitchen items over from our local home. Other than that, the place was wonderful.

Wow! Love this charming old home in the middle of everything downtown! We toured the Hemingway House next door, climbed to the top of the lighthouse across the street, and walked the town each day for coffee, food, and treats! My 11 & 12 year olds had fun being in the middle of all the action. Pool was great, and we walked to the marina for a day trip full of parasailing, snorkeling, kayaking, jet skiing, and a huge inflatable water park with slides and trampolines. Wonderful family Trip @ The Jasmine Place!

Second year renting this property. We absolutely love it. Location, property, pool, front decks are perfect. Communication with the management team was fast and super helpful. We feel at home and relaxed once we walk through the door. Already looking forward to next year. ❤️

We had a wonderful long weekend at Jasmine Place. Communication with Preferred Properties was excellent. They were very helpful and so friendly. The house was perfectly clean inside and out. We loved the driveway and even squeezed our Nissan Titan in with just enough room to open one door. The a/c was cold in every room. The upstairs bathroom is large. The shutters give a good amount of privacy without blocking the light coming in. The music from the weddings at the Hemingway House was fun and we even got a glimpse of the bride and groom. The house reminds us of the Hemingway House so much. It really felt like our home. We would stay there again for sure.

Hard to beat this location. Right in the middle of everything and easy walking, with private parking.

The house is much older, but everything was very clean and in working condition.

We loved the great location upon arrival but when we opened the door we were greeted with a very stale smell that with even opening both doors could not get rid of during our stay. Due to the cold wet weather we couldn’t enjoy the pool and luckily found space heaters as the home has no heat. If the house did not smell I think we would have been fine.

Easy company to work with. They stay in constant contact prior to your arrival and follow up departing. They are very helpful and friendly. This is one of the larger properties we have stayed in just off Duval. It is next to the Hemingway house on Whitehead. Note: Whitehead can be loud in the morning if you are in the front bedroom. The whole property is very cool. It's older, but well kept. Two good restaurants within 2 blocks.

We had a great time - perfect location - walked everywhere. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was so nice to escape the hustle and bustle in the private pool.
We only slept in the split king bed, but thought it was in great need of an upgrade. A new, higher quality bed and linens would have made a BIG difference.

We were pleasantly surprised of how quaint and clean this rental was. The pool was an extra bonus and everything seem to be in working order with no disappointments. This is perfect for either two couples or a family of four. We would definitely rent this property again since it was so close to everything and right next-door to Hemingway‘s house. Once in a while we would get a guest from next-door wins so many toes ♥️

We were in KW for my daughter’s wedding. The home was clean and the a/c worked great! You can’t beat the location, next door to the Hemingway house. We even had a few visits from a few of the Hemingway cats! Very nice stay.

Governor declared state of emergency and we were unable to visit the house in Key West. Filed a travel insurance claim and waiting to hear back.

My sister and I spent the week here with our husbands, and Jasmine Place was a fantastic vacation home for us. The house was beautiful, the location was great, and the pool was so nice to come back to after a day of exploring gorgeous Key West. We could not have picked a more wonderful place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Place. The pictures provided online are exactly what the house and property look like. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Key West. The home is very close to historical sights like the Hemingway House (next door), the Lighthouse (across the street), and Truman’s Little White House. It is also within walking distance of some excellent eateries and watering holes like Blue Heaven, Rams Head, Hogs Breath Saloon, and Papa’s Pilar Rum Distillery. We really appreciated the pool after our long days of exploring and shopping. The pool was well maintained and there was plenty of lounge seating. Preferred Properties was kind, friendly, and responsive to our texts and inquiries. These accommodations were perfect for our Key West adventure and we highly recommend Jasmine Place. We plan on staying here again!

Home was clean, location is unbeatable, pool is the best thing on the planet, especially in August when it's hotter than you know what! Already looking for an excuse to get back to KW and stay at Jasmine Place.

Location perfect — saw a wedding, great Cuban coffee around the corner, fun restaurant for breakfast and lunch a block away, walkable to all the sites, rode bikes to the best beach. Prefrerred Properties was very helpful with quick responses to our needs. Some wear and tear on old wooden house but overall well maintained and well equipped. Bring your own shampoo.
