Welcome to this Key West Tropical charmer located only 15 minutes away from Downtown Duval Street. This townhome is located in a gated community called the Key West Golf Club.
This pleasant, bright and spacious townhome comes with a large backyard space for entertaining or just lounging around and is located on a quiet cul de sac. This townhome has a wide front porch with two, large screened-in and covered porches for your relaxation.
Upon entry you will come into a large open floor plan which includes a full kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen contains all the essentials to prepare family meals or entertain your guests. While the dining room table seats up to 6 people with an additional 3 seats at the bar countertop. You can open up the back sliding doors and expand your entertaining area to the screened in porch. Should you decide to stay in, there is a TV in the living room for catching up on the latest news.
Walk out to the first-floor screened-in lanai, which has seating for 6 to serve your meals al dente or relax on the rocker couch while watching the golfers at the 7th hole. Proceed down the stairs into the oversized backyard, which is big enough for the kids to play in or set up games. There is a propane gas grill located outside for your BBQing.
The second floor is where all three bedrooms are located and all 3 have televisions. One bedroom has a full-size bed, the second guest bedroom has two twin beds and they both share the guest bath which has a shower/tub combination. The twins can be converted if requested before arrival.
The master has a king bed and a bathroom/shower with a covered screened-in porch overlooking the golf course. Catch those Tropical breezes in the morning while having coffee or in the evening during sunset.
