Step outside onto the large, vibrant deck and you'll find a table for four and an outdoor sofa, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. The deck is the perfect place to invite friends back for a cocktail or simply enjoy a fresh and fun moment to yourself. The deck is surrounded by the beautiful gardens, creating a tropical and lively atmosphere.
As you enter the cottage through the French doors, you'll be struck by the spacious, light-filled studio with high ceilings and an upbeat vibe. The living room area features a comfy couch, colorful accent chair, and TV, while the sleeping quarter boasts a cozy king-size bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The home includes free high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer unit, and all linens are provided.
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave, so you can easily whip up your meals during your stay. There are also plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the local Fausto's Food Palace grocery store within easy reach if you prefer to dine out or stock up on supplies.

Everything about this place is wonderful--I spent more time outside on the spacious patio as I did inside. The furniture/bed very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Loved the artwork and the easel and painting opportunity. Give this very highest recommendation for fellow travelers.

Quant little studio in Casa Marina area. Great outdoor space with all amenities including washer/dryer. Walking distance to Higgs Beach.
Very private safe secure location with a wonderful outdoor area for relaxing and dining. We had an issue with the TV but it was taken care of by Preferred Properties. Higgs beach was an easy walk to see the sunset and enjoy the beach as well. We enjoyed dining at Salute right on the beach. Duval Street was a bit of a walk, but once there we took advantage of the Duval Loop. Bike, scooter or golf cart rentals along with Key West Transit were option for getting around town. We loved Moondog for breakfast. Hope to return to Maryann’s Place in the future.
