The moment you walk thru the door you are greeted by soothing tropical colors and high vaulted ceilings.
The large master en suite is located on the first floor. It has a large closet and bathroom. The bathroom has a clawed tub and stand up shower with access to an outdoor shower if wishing to live like a local.
The Living Room is most inviting. There are large built ins that have everything you need for a family fun vacation. Watch movies on the large TV or play some games. The Dining table can hold up to 8 with additional seating at the kitchen island. Great place for a Holiday gathering.
All the sliding doors open up to the Waterfall pool so you can extend your party outside and enjoy the heated pool and spa. Lounge in the sun by days and star gaze at night.
Upstairs is where you'll find two large en suite guest rooms, one with a queen and the other are two singles which can be converted into a king upon request.
This house is truly a treasure.

My wife and I had decided to spend our second winter after retirement in key west. we have been several times and also for a week and feb 2022 in KW.We found casa verde to rent and we were very happy with our decision. the home fit our needs and wants very well.we had a couple of early issues and preferred properties were prompt in resolving them. the location was perfect for us, a short walk to coffee in the morning and good restaurants.Our only complaint would be the outdoor grill was not up to what we like when grilling. we love to grill outside especially the fresh fish we get at the marina.We ended up having to cut our stay short due to a death in the family. preferred properties were very helpful and understanding in helping us terminate our stay.

We have been renting a house in KW for the last several years and hands down Casa Verde is the best house we have stayed in. Starting with the location of the house, super quiet private street but a 5 minute bike ride to EVERYTHING KW has to offer. We couldn’t have chosen a better house, the pics of the house are amazing but actually seeing the house in person is breath taking. Kudos to the owner of this beautiful home, from the furnishings to the amazing landscaping around the entire property and super private backyard which we loved. We will be staying here again. The staff at preferred properties were super attentive to all of our needs. Phil was the property manager overseeing our stay and he was fantastic, anytime I called or texted with a question they immediately contacted me back. They truly care about their guests. Thank you for a fantastic stay and we will see you again.

This beautiful and spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac in old town was exactly what we wanted in a summer rental. While the looks were classic, the home is actually newer, and was clearly built to modern safety standards, which we were sure if when we rode out a tropical storm in the living room, and the house didn’t budge in even the strongest of winds. The backyard is private, and uses space well, including a great pool and hot tub that we spent hours being around and in. Nothing we needed was missing, and having space, privacy, and our own parking space made us love this family oasis in Key West. We would book again with no hesitation.
Casa Verde is on a quiet lane and perfectly located. Easy to walk to most everything! The home is very well appointed and cozy. There were a few minor issues and Phil of Preferred Properties handled them swiftly, professionally and with good humor.
