Mr. Wilson is a real estate and financial expert with thirty-eight years experience in the private and public sectors specializing in commercial and corporate real estate. He has served as a consultant to corporations, developers, portfolio owners, investors, the federal government and financial institutions. Formerly, as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Services for one of the largest international commercial and corportate real estate firms, he successfully handled all types of critical negotiations for his clients. Previously, he was a senior executive with the federal government in Washingto, DC, responsible for planning, real estate, design and construction of a nationwide portfolio of 35,000 properties with 300 million square feet, values in excess of $15 billion.

Mr. Wilson is an accomplished troubleshooter and problem solver who meets challenges head on. He is adept at developing and implementing new and creative solutions to achieve objectives. His "can do," approach and diplomatic skills enable him to secure his clients' goals.
