Pat Labrada

Pat Labrada is an endangered species, a Key West Native. He has been involved in the local real estate industry as a bank loan originator, a mortgage broker and currently as a Realtor Associate with Preferred Properties Coastal Realty, Inc. Pat has seen and lived through his home town’s transformation from fishing village and Navy town to a world destination community.

Pat has also served his community. After graduating from Bethany College in West Virginia he has been a youth counselor, teacher and coach at Key West High. Pat served 8 years on the Monroe County School Board and served as its chairman. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Key West, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Key West Rotary Foundation, past chairman of the Military Affairs Committee. Pat spends countless hours in service of the youth of his community.
